1. Manage a portfolio of exclusive fragrance brands to maximize sales and ensure optimal stock management.
2. Communicate strategic plans effectively across 21 markets, ensuring project execution and brand development.
3. Enhance and optimize product assortments and oversee monthly budget tracking.
4. Recommend product discontinuations and participate in pricing and promotional strategies in coordination with Revenue Growth Management.
5. Forecast new product launches and manage cross-category projects to enhance category visibility and performance.
6. Assist in standardizing operational practices across the UK and EU markets, including data sharing and implementation of brand animations.

1. 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, retail, or digital marketing with a strong understanding of the fragrance or broader cosmetics industry.
