Sephora Category Manager

- Develop and execute the assortment strategy and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle across retail and e-commerce channels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong supplier partnerships through regular business reviews and performance tracking.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, sales data, and budgets to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Drive merchandising concepts, floor plans, and localization efforts for stores, corners, and new openings.
- Ensure high-quality execution of merchandising standards and continuous process improvement.
- Act as a key liaison between local teams and the Paris headquarters, fostering robust stakeholder relationships.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, visual merchandising, sales, CRM, and digital teams for product launches and campaigns.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in category management, buying, merchandising, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of product, brand, and trade marketing as well as sales principles.
- High analytical capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in category management, buying, merchandising, or a similar commercial role is required.
