Sephora Cashier

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) to complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including packaging and gift wrapping.
- Handle cash, card and employee transactions in accordance with Sephora cash-handling procedures and security protocols.
- Process returns, exchanges and cancellations following store policies and gain approval from management when required.
- Deliver enthusiastic, professional customer service in line with Sephora standards; engage customers appropriately during checkout.
- Maintain the cashier area and immediate sales floor in a tidy, merchandised and safe condition; support backstage organisation (stock, lockers, staff areas).
- Monitor and request store supplies (bags, packaging, POS materials) to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Communicate operational needs and exceptions to the Store Manager or Supervisor promptly.
- Participate in My Sephora Learning training and support the onboarding and coaching of new cashiers.
- Contribute to loss-prevention measures and comply with the LVMH code of ethics and conduct.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or cash-handling experience desirable but not mandatory.
- Clear verbal communication skills in Portuguese; ability to interact courteously with customers and colleagues.
- Availability and flexibility to work retail hours and shifts at Shopping Anália Franco.
- Reliable, punctual and respectful of the company dress code and service standards.

Entry-level role. Prior experience as a cashier or in retail cash handling is desirable but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
