1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
4. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions and provide basic store and product information.
5. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area and assist with backstage standards.
7. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures, striving for excellence in assigned tasks.
8. Communicate supply needs to the Supervisor and ensure compliance with sample policies.
9. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
10. Complete daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures.

1. Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer skills are desirable.
4. Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Previous experience in handling cash and operating a cash register is desirable.
