1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns or exchanges.
4. Engage customers in appropriate conversations during transactions and provide basic product information.
5. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area and assist in stockroom maintenance.
7. Execute daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures, price adjustments, and supply communication.
8. Complete all required training through My Sephora Learning and assist in training new cashiers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service and communication skills.
2. Logical reasoning and organizational skills.
3. Basic computer literacy is desirable.
4. Experience in cash handling is advantageous.

Previous experience as a cashier is desirable but not mandatory.
