1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Accurately and efficiently complete transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
4. Engage customers in appropriate conversations during transactions and provide basic store and product information.
5. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier area and assist in stockroom maintenance.
7. Execute daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures, price adjustments, and supply needs communication.
8. Ensure compliance with sample policies and contribute to store safety standards.
9. Participate in training programs and assist in training new cashiers.

1. Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning and basic computer literacy.
3. Ability to operate a point of sale system.

Previous cashier experience is desirable but not mandatory.
