1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as per Sephora's standards.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Recognize and respect the contributions of colleagues, fostering a collaborative work environment.
4. Accurately and efficiently complete transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
5. Engage customers in appropriate conversations during transactions and provide basic store and product information.
6. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area and assist in backstage maintenance.
8. Execute all operational policies and procedures, striving for excellence in assigned tasks.
9. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor and ensure compliance with sample policies.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Experience with cash handling is desirable.
4. Basic computer skills are desirable.

Previous cashier experience is desirable but not mandatory.
