1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist all customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
4. Engage customers in appropriate conversations during transactions.
5. Provide basic store and product information to customers as needed.
6. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
8. Assist in maintaining backstage standards, including stockrooms and employee areas.
9. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures with precision.
10. Contribute to store safety standards and communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
11. Ensure compliance with sample policies and assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service.
12. Complete daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures.

1. Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Experience with cash handling is desirable.
4. Basic computer skills are desirable.
