11. Participate in inventory control and supply management.
12. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
13. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
14. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service standards.
15. Complete daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures.
16. Participate in My Sephora Learning training programs and assist in training new cashiers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Basic computer literacy.
4. Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
5. Verbal communication skills with customers and staff.
6. Availability and flexibility.
7. Adherence to dress code and consistent, reliable service.

Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
