1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
4. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions and provide basic store and product information.
5. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area and assist in the upkeep of backstage standards.
7. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures with precision.
8. Participate in inventory control and communicate supply needs to the supervisor.
9. Ensure compliance with sample policies and contribute to store security standards.
10. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
11. Complete all My Sephora Learning training and assist in training new cashiers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous cashier experience is desirable.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer literacy is desirable.
4. Ability to operate a point of sale system.

Previous experience as a cashier is desirable but not mandatory.
