13. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards at the cash register area.
14. Assist in maintaining backstage standards: stock, cabinets, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
15. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
16. Strive for excellence in assigned areas of responsibility.
17. Participate in supply control (packaging, bags, gifts, labels, etc.).
18. Quickly and accurately complete all necessary tasks for assigned store functions.
19. Contribute to maintaining store safety standards.
20. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
21. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
22. Be aware of special events and merchandise promotions within the store.
23. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
24. Perform daily cashier and operations functions, including returns/exchanges, supply needs communication, price adjustments, cash register opening and closing procedures, cancellations, employee transactions, and appropriate product packaging.
25. Complete all My Sephora Learning training sessions.
26. Seek additional training when necessary.
27. Assist in training new cashiers.

1. Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Experience with cash handling is desirable.
4. Basic computer skills are desirable.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
