- Maintain awareness of Sephora's product display concepts.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
- Assist in maintaining backstage standards: stockroom, lockers, kitchen, restrooms, etc.
- Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Strive for excellence in assigned areas of responsibility.
- Participate in supply control (packaging, bags, gifts, labels, etc.).
- Quickly and accurately complete all necessary tasks for assigned store functions.
- Contribute to maintaining store safety standards.
- Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and merchandise promotions within the store.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
- Perform daily cashier and operational functions: returns/exchanges, supply needs communication, price adjustments, opening and closing procedures, employee transactions, and appropriate product packaging.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning Trainings.
- Seek additional training when necessary.
- Assist in training new cashiers.
- Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
- Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Experience with cash handling is desirable.
- Basic computer knowledge is desirable.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
