14. Assist in maintaining backstage standards: stockroom, lockers, kitchen, restrooms, etc.
15. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
16. Strive for excellence in assigned areas of responsibility.
17. Participate in supply control (packaging, bags, gifts, labels, etc.).
18. Quickly and accurately complete all necessary tasks for assigned store functions.
19. Contribute to maintaining store safety standards.
20. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
21. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
22. Stay informed about special events and merchandise promotions within the store.
23. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
24. Perform daily cashier and operational functions: returns/exchanges, supply needs communication, price adjustments, opening and closing procedures, employee transactions, and appropriate product packaging.
25. Complete all My Sephora Learning Trainings.
26. Seek additional training when necessary.
27. Assist in training new cashiers.

1. Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Experience with cash handling is desirable.
4. Basic computer knowledge is desirable.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.
