1. Execute day-to-day operations of merchandising programs and support cross-functional business partner management.
2. Drive store communications and partner with Merchants, Merchandising Operations, Store Communications, and IT.
3. Act as the store expert and thought partner for projects, ensuring alignment with the overall operating model and strategy.
4. Drive process optimizations to eliminate inefficiencies and maximize productivity.
5. Manage multiple projects, including timelines, deliverables, KPI reporting, and post-delivery action plans.
6. Oversee the development of training programs and lead project postmortems.
7. Proactively identify and manage potential issues, implementing effective solutions.

1. 3+ years of retail project management experience, with a preference for retail operations experience.

1. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
2. Highly developed verbal, written, and presentation skills.
3. Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
4. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management platforms.

3+ years of experience in retail project management, preferably within retail operations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $106,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
