Sephora Business Analyst - Data and Supply Chain

- Lead Supply Chain collaboration with brands, coordinating with Central, Offer, and Supply teams.
- Define the roadmap and brand segmentation by collaboration level and reporting.
- Manage supplier interactions and monitor action plans.
- Implement new management approaches for newly onboarded brands.
- Prepare onboarding materials for new suppliers.
- Analyze, secure, and share data on internal Supply Chain performance.
- Communicate Supply performance by brand to internal stakeholders and top management.
- Provide tools and produce reporting for Offer teams.
- Relay Supply Chain indicators and priorities, including data analysis and trend identification.
- Promote Supply Chain topics through process documentation, training, and communication.
- Develop and implement collaborative solutions to improve Supply Chain and Offer efficiency.
- Play a key role in flow transformation and negotiation partnerships.
- Manage new or upcoming needs related to logistics and compliance.
- Contribute to launch-related tool projects and ensure data alignment with Global teams.
- Manage and upgrade tools and data for brand performance monitoring.
- Graduate from a generalist engineering school or business school.
- Strong previous experience as a Data Analyst in the Supply Chain field.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pedagogical approach and ability to influence.
- Pragmatic mindset with the ability to take a step back.
- Dynamic, curious, and proactive.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interest in retail and cosmetics.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst within the Supply Chain field.
Graduate from a generalist engineering school or business school.
