1. Oversee the development and operations of the Benefit Brow Bar at Sephora in Geneva.
2. Achieve sales targets set by management and regularly discuss progress with store directors.
3. Represent the Benefit brand through a positive and dynamic attitude at the point of sale.
4. Demonstrate and sell Benefit products to customers.
5. Perform eyebrow and lip waxing and tweezing services.
6. Animate and engage the point of sale to enhance customer experience.

1. Diploma in aesthetics or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
