1. Serve as a brand specialist for Benefit, focusing on sales and services at the Brow Bar, including lip and eyebrow waxing.
2. Maintain and replenish the display gondola.
3. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
4. Provide excellent customer service, adhering to Sephora/Benefit standards with a target of 3 to 5 customer interactions per day.

1. Completion of secondary education.

1. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
2. Strong sales or customer service skills, particularly in cosmetics or fashion.
3. Experience as an Eyebrow Designer is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in sales or customer service, preferably within the cosmetics or fashion industry.

High school diploma or equivalent.
