- Serve as a brand specialist for Benefit, focusing on sales and services at the Brow Bar, including lip and eyebrow waxing.
- Maintain and replenish the display gondola.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service, adhering to Sephora/Benefit standards with a target of 3 to 5 customer interactions per day.
- Completion of secondary education.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong sales or customer service skills, particularly in cosmetics or fashion.
- Experience as an Eyebrow Designer is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in sales or customer service, preferably within the cosmetics or fashion industry.
High school diploma or equivalent.
