1. Maintain and organize brand displays, ensuring products are well-stocked.
2. Focus exclusively on the Benefit brand, driving sales and offering specialized services.
3. Engage with customers, adhering to Sephora/Benefit service standards, with a target of assisting 3 to 5 clients daily.
4. Ensure the brow bar area is clean, organized, and products are replenished.

1. Completion of secondary education with a technical course in Eyebrow Design, Makeup, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology.

1. Proficiency in basic office software.
2. Strong customer service and sales abilities.
3. Experience in the beauty industry, particularly in retail or customer service.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty sector, with a focus on sales or customer service in clothing or cosmetic stores. Experience as an Eyebrow Designer is advantageous.

Secondary education with relevant technical certification.
