Sephora Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager, Retail

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for store leadership roles across a defined multi-district region, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure an efficient candidate experience.
- Design and implement a proactive regional recruitment structure and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs and building talent pipelines.
- Develop and deploy employer branding initiatives and local activation plans that reflect Sephora’s culture and support attraction and retention in retail stores.
- Support talent management and succession planning by identifying regional talent gaps and recommending tailored development and hiring strategies.
- Deliver training and enablement for field leaders, including New Store Opening career fairs, quarterly Field Talent Playbook sessions and national education content.
- Produce and maintain Talent Acquisition reporting and dashboards; leverage market intelligence and recruitment metrics to inform field strategy and continuous improvement.
- Manage special projects to enhance recruiting processes and oversee the regional TA budget with fiscal discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience within an internal talent acquisition team, preferably supporting retail or multi-site operations.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing recruitment strategies and programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence hiring managers and simplify complex information for varied audiences.
- Strong organizational aptitude, attention to detail and capacity to operate with a sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to deliver employer brand initiatives and to represent the company as a credible ambassador.

Minimum 5–7 years in an in-house talent acquisition function, with demonstrable experience recruiting store leadership and supporting retail field growth across multiple districts.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
