1. Manage and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing expert beauty advice.
3. Contribute to the store's visual merchandising and promotional activities.
4. Participate in the onboarding and training of new team members.
5. Support the expansion and growth of the retail project.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics sector.
3. High proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs and results-oriented approach.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics industry.
