- Lead a department within the store, ensuring effective management of KPIs.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
- Collaborate with a team of beauty experts to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Proficiency in managing sales indicators (KPIs).
- Retail sector experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills.
At least 1 year of experience in team management and retail, with a preference for cosmetics.
