- Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee and analyze KPIs to drive business results.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and engagement.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
- Experience in retail or cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in KPI management and results orientation.
- High proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
