Sephora Beauty Sales Advisor

1. Serve as a frontline ambassador of the brand: welcome clients, deliver personalised product advice and convert consultations into sales.
2. Proactively drive sales and meet individual and store targets through product recommendations, upselling and cross-selling of services.
3. Create memorable in-store experiences by delivering expert demonstrations, beauty services and participation in promotional events and commercial challenges.
4. Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, pricing accuracy and store presentation to brand guidelines.
5. Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cashless and cash transactions, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.
