1. Welcome clients and deliver personalised product advice to convert consultations into sales and long-term loyalty.
2. Propose Sephora products and services that align with clients’ needs, driving daily sales and contributing to store targets.
3. Create memorable, sensorial in‑store experiences that reflect the brand’s standards of service and luxury retail.
4. Participate in store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to boost traffic and sales.
5. Maintain merchandising, stock replenishment and visual standards to optimize product presentation and availability.
6. Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions accurately and support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.

1. Demonstrable customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Commercially minded and target‑driven with the ability to convert advice into sales.
3. Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high visual and service standards.
4. Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment.
5. Availability for retail hours, including evenings and weekends; able to work a 35‑hour weekly schedule on a fixed‑term contract.

Entry-level position. Previous retail or beauty advisory experience is a plus but not required; brand training and on‑the‑job coaching will be provided.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in beauty, cosmetics or retail are advantageous.
