Sephora Beauty Sales Advisor

1. Act as a visible ambassador of the brand: welcome customers, deliver expert product advice and build long-term client relationships.
2. Drive sales through personalised consultations, product and service recommendations, and conversion of advice into transactions.
3. Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect Sephora’s standards of service and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Take part in store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to support store KPIs.
5. Maintain merchandising, visual presentation and product availability to brand guidelines; assist with replenishment and stock organisation as needed.

1. Entry-level retail profile; no prior professional experience required — training provided on hire.
2. Strong customer-service orientation with attentiveness to detail and a passion for beauty products.
3. Enthusiastic, reactive and team-oriented with a commercial mindset and a drive to achieve sales targets.
4. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment and adapting to product and promotional changes.
