- Manage the reception, organization, and proper storage of goods in the stock room.
- Ensure smooth and efficient flow of merchandise between the stock room and the sales floor.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock audits to ensure product availability.
- Train team members in best practices for merchandise handling and inventory management.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure product availability and sales readiness.
- Prepare products for sale, including labeling, unpacking, and sorting.
- Work in tandem with Visual Merchandising for area updates and redesigns.
- Provide active support and advice to customers across all departments (make-up, skincare, haircare, fragrance).
- Share knowledge of products, trends, and news from the beauty world.
- Convey personal expertise to the team through brief and insightful services across all departments.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in stock or operations.
- Strong hands-on approach and dynamic work style.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluent in English or the local language.
