1. Manage the reception, organization, and proper storage of goods in the stock room.
2. Ensure smooth and efficient flow of merchandise between the stock room and the sales floor.
3. Conduct regular inventory checks and stock audits to ensure product availability.
4. Train team members in best practices for merchandise handling and inventory management.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure product availability and sales readiness.
6. Prepare products for sale, including labeling, unpacking, and sorting.
7. Work in tandem with Visual Merchandising for area updates and redesigns.
8. Provide active support and advice to customers across all departments (make-up, skincare, haircare, fragrance).
9. Share knowledge of products, trends, and news from the beauty world.
10. Convey personal expertise to the team through brief and insightful services across all departments.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in stock or operations.
2. Strong hands-on approach and dynamic work style.
3. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
4. Fluent in English or the local language.
