1. Provide expert support and advice to customers across all departments including Makeup, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance.
2. Share product knowledge, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
3. Deliver short and insightful services in all departments.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
5. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
6. Manage warehousing and stocking of goods both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

1. Completed training in skin care with a minimum training period of 6 months.

1. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
2. Proficiency in English or the native language of the country.
3. Excellent customer service and consulting skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a retail environment.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in skin care, with mature experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction.
