1. Provide expert support and advice to customers across all departments, including Makeup, Skincare, Hair Care, and Fragrance.
2. Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
3. Deliver short and insightful services in all departments.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
5. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
6. Manage warehousing and stocking of goods both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

1. Completed training in hair care with a minimum duration of six months.
2. At least three years of professional experience in hair care.

1. Mature experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction.
2. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.

Minimum of three years of professional experience in hair care, with a solid background in retail and customer service.
