- Provide active support and expert advice to customers across all departments including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
- Disseminate knowledge on products, trends, and innovations within the beauty industry.
- Share personal expertise with the team to enhance collective knowledge.
- Deliver concise and insightful services in all departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
- Manage inventory and stock both in storage and on the sales floor.
- Completed training in the relevant department with a minimum duration of 6 months.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the fragrance department.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Proficiency in English or the local language.
- Mature experience in retail, customer service, and client interaction.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the fragrance department is required.
Completed training in the relevant department with a minimum duration of 6 months.
