- Provide personalised product recommendations based on individual client needs and skin type; advise on skincare and makeup solutions.
- Actively drive sales and contribute to the achievement of store and personal sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through service aligned with Sephora's customer experience standards (Sephora Attitude).
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards: ensure product displays are clean, well-stocked and aligned with promotional guidelines.
- Participate in store operations as required for a part-time role, including scheduled shifts on selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ease in building rapport and trust with clients.
- Interest in and knowledge of the beauty industry, current products and trends.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or beauty environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to shared commercial objectives.
- Availability to work part-time with flexibility to cover 2–3 selected Saturdays and trade Sundays; full schedule availability when required.

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing service is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable makeup or beauty experience is advantageous.
