1. Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative, client‑focused selling.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and commercially compelling.
5. Stay abreast of beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
6. Contribute to an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming customer experience.

1. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail, hospitality or client‑facing environment (entry‑level applicants considered).
2. Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to share that expertise with clients.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team‑first attitude.
4. Availability for peak retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or certification in cosmetics, esthetics, retail or related fields is an asset.
