- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide contemporary, relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs and participating in promotional initiatives.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory maintenance and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Previous experience providing excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and helping clients build confidence through product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role. Prior retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory; strong customer-service aptitude and enthusiasm for beauty are essential.
High school diploma or equivalent; beauty-related certifications or training are an asset.
