1. Advise clients on product selection tailored to individual needs and preferences.
2. Deliver active selling to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
3. Build lasting client relationships through service consistent with the Sephora Attitude.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards: cleanliness, shelf replenishment and product presentation.
5. Stay current with product knowledge and beauty trends to inspire clients and colleagues.
6. Work retail hours including selected Saturdays and trading Sundays as required.

1. Proven ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional in-person customer service.
2. Interest in and knowledge of the beauty industry, products and current trends.
3. Experience in sales or customer-facing retail roles.
4. Strong teamworking skills and commitment to achieving collective targets.
5. Full availability for retail shift patterns, including selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
6. Desirable: communicative level of English.
7. Desirable: practical experience in makeup application.
