- Deliver personalised product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance according to client needs and preferences.
- Proactively drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Build and nurture client relationships through service standards aligned with the Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain merchandising standards: ensure product presentation, cleanliness and timely replenishment of displays.
- Support in‑store promotions, seasonal activations and clienteling activities, including weekend trading periods.
- Minimum three years' experience in sales or customer service, preferably in beauty or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable ability to build rapport with diverse clientele and deliver consultative selling.
- Strong interest and knowledge of the beauty sector, product categories and current trends.
- Proven team player with a results‑oriented approach to meet collective store objectives.
- Availability to work part‑time including selected Saturdays and retail trading Sundays.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales or customer service, preferably within beauty or prestige retail environments.
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational or professional training in cosmetics/beauty is advantageous.
