- Deliver professional consultations on makeup, skincare and fragrance in accordance with Sephora’s service standards to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales performance by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and working to meet individual and store KPIs and targets.
- Uphold brand presentation standards: comply with prescribed makeup and uniform guidelines and maintain assigned visual merchandising and display areas.
- Support store operations including cashiering and POS transactions, following CRM and cashier SOPs to ensure cash security and correct promotions application.
- Manage stock operations: receive and process deliveries, execute returns and inventory counts, apply FIFO and maintain warehouse 5S standards to reduce shrinkage.
- Participate in mandatory training, brand and regional learning sessions, share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to personal development plans.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards for testers and displays and promptly escalate merchandising or product issues to store management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management to support daily operations.
- Passion for cosmetics, beauty and fashion with a customer‑first attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; optimistic and engaging demeanour.
- Proactive learner with a willingness to complete required trainings and brand exams.
- Collaborative team player able to support colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture.

No specific prior experience is mandated; previous retail, beauty consultancy or cosmetics sales experience is advantageous. Candidate must be comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced retail environment and supporting flexible store schedules.
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent preferred; formal beauty qualifications are a plus but not required.
