1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, application techniques and clear product education.
3. Consistently achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and conversion.
4. Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming store environment.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and category knowledge to inform client recommendations.
6. Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.
7. Adhere to scheduled shifts and ensure reliable punctuality and attendance, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrable record of excellent service.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and a desire to empower client confidence through product knowledge.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Team-oriented mindset and comfort working in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
5. Ability to learn quickly and synthesize product information for client-facing conversations.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
7. Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
