- Provide active support and consultation to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
- Disseminate knowledge about products, trends, and innovations in the beauty industry.
- Perform short services in all departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
- Manage inventory and stock both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industry.
- Initial experience in retail, customer consultation, and interaction.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluent in English or the local language.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, or related industries.
