1. Provide active support and advice to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
2. Share knowledge on products, trends, and news from the beauty world.
3. Perform short services in all departments.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
6. Manage inventory and stock both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

1. Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industry.
2. Initial experience in retail, customer service, and client interaction.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluent in English or the local language.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
