1. Provide active support and expert advice to customers across all departments including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
2. Share knowledge about products, trends, and innovations within the beauty industry.
3. Perform brief services in all departments to enhance customer experience.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
6. Manage inventory and stock both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

1. Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industries.
2. Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including customer service and advisory roles.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluency in English or the local language.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, preferably within the beauty or fashion sectors.
