1. Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations that align with Sephora’s service standards and hygiene protocols.
2. Drive store sales by understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and contributing to team targets and KPIs.
3. Complete cashiering duties according to POS, CRM and company SOPs, ensuring correct application of promotions and cash security.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards: set and replenish displays, keep shelves and drawers clean, and support seasonal promotional implementations.
5. Manage stock operations including receiving, returns, cycle counts and first-in/first-out product rotation to minimise shrinkage.
6. Participate in required training, product and brand education; share knowledge with peers and contribute to a culture of continuous development.
7. Perform additional store tasks as assigned by store management and adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.

Entry-level role; 0–2 years of retail or cosmetics sales experience preferred. Prior experience in beauty retail or customer-facing sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Secondary education (high school) or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in cosmetology/beauty is a plus.
