1. Provide active support and expert advice to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
2. Disseminate knowledge about products, trends, and innovations in the beauty industry.
3. Deliver short services in all departments to enhance customer experience.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
6. Manage inventory and stock both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

1. Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industries.
2. Initial experience in retail, customer service, and client interaction.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluency in English or the local language.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
