1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate expert knowledge of beauty products, techniques, and trends to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
5. Support an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and upholding company policies to create a safe shopping environment.
6. Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum required weekly shifts/hours.

1. Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience with demonstrable customer service ability.
2. Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients build confidence through product solutions.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team-oriented and goal-driven with the ability to learn and share product knowledge rapidly.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level to early-career candidates; previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-focused roles is preferred and candidates must demonstrate strong customer-service skills and the ability to build client relationships.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is a plus.
