- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.

- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.

- Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum required weekly shifts/hours.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience with demonstrable customer service ability.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients build confidence through product solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and goal-driven with the ability to learn and share product knowledge rapidly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level to early-career candidates; previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-focused roles is preferred and candidates must demonstrate strong customer-service skills and the ability to build client relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is a plus.
