- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s unique needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations, application techniques, and education to empower clients.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches, and ingredient knowledge to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
- Support merchandising, inventory control, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or client service environments preferred.
- Passion for beauty products, trends, and a demonstrated desire to empower clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Entry-level role; while prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred, candidates with strong client-service aptitude and a passion for beauty are encouraged to apply.
