1. Deliver personalized one‑to‑one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients through application techniques and product knowledge.
3. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive selling and clienteling.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory control, restocking and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
5. Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team environment by supporting colleagues and participating in store initiatives.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and compliant shopping experience.
8. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts and maintain punctual attendance.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing role with demonstrable customer service ability preferred.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationship aptitude.
4. Collaborative team player comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
5. Ability to learn quickly and synthesize product information for diverse clientele.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine store tasks.
