- Deliver personalized one‑to‑one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients through application techniques and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory control, restocking and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment by supporting colleagues and participating in store initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and compliant shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly shifts and maintain punctual attendance.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing role with demonstrable customer service ability preferred.
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationship aptitude.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and synthesize product information for diverse clientele.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine store tasks.
