1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers enthusiastically upon entering the store.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Share product knowledge with customers as needed.
5. Perform makeup applications for customers when required.
6. Ensure team members receive thorough brand training.
7. Engage in continuous learning about products.
8. Train other beauty advisors.
9. Participate in stock control and communicate inventory issues to management.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Stay informed about special events and store activities.
12. Participate in programs to minimize shrinkage and losses.
13. Understand cashier host functions.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation ranges from CAD 19.10 to CAD 23.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
