Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver tailored, consultative beauty experiences that address each client's needs and preferences.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑oriented and inclusive workplace.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and maintain punctual attendance.

High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education or formal training in cosmetology, aesthetics or a related field is an asset.
