- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and beauty goals.
- Demonstrate and maintain up-to-date product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and beauty tools to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and relationship development.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting salesfloor.
- Stay current with beauty trends and techniques to provide relevant advice and promote new product launches.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment by supporting teammates and upholding company policies and customer service standards.
- Work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; ensure consistent punctuality and attendance.
- Entry-level; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated customer service ability.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering clients through product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain retail standing/activities for a full shift.
- Client consultations and relationship building

Entry-level position. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
