1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and beauty goals.
2. Demonstrate and maintain up-to-date product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and beauty tools to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and relationship development.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting salesfloor.
5. Stay current with beauty trends and techniques to provide relevant advice and promote new product launches.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment by supporting teammates and upholding company policies and customer service standards.
7. Work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; ensure consistent punctuality and attendance.

1. Entry-level; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated customer service ability.
2. Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering clients through product education.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
4. Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain retail standing/activities for a full shift.

Entry-level position. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is preferred but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
