1. Deliver professional consultations in makeup, skincare and fragrance to customers, following Sephora service standards and hygiene protocols.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products and executing targeted selling techniques.
3. Support daily store operations including cashiering, accurate checkout following company promotions and CRM procedures, and ensuring cash safety.
4. Execute merchandising and display responsibilities: replenish stock, maintain visual standards, keep testers and fixtures clean, and implement promotional displays.
5. Manage inventory tasks: receive and return goods, conduct stock counts, apply FIFO for product rotation and follow 5S warehouse practices.
6. Participate in required trainings and brand/region learning programs, share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to personal development plans.
7. Comply with company policies and complete other store tasks assigned by store management.
