Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized one-on-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application, ingredients and routines.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with industry trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Uphold company policies and create a safe, inclusive shopping environment for clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments (preferred).
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through products and routines.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements (Flex: 4–14 hrs/week; Part-time: 15–29 hrs/week; Full-time: 30–40 hrs/week when applicable).
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail tasks throughout a shift.

Entry-level role; prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build client relationships is highly valued.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is a plus.
