1. Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding clients' beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
2. Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
3. Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
4. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, handling bookings and rebookings of beauty services.
6. Participate in sales and promotional events, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or services.
2. Knowledge of trending beauty products.
3. Passion for client service and selling.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.
6. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation ranges between CAD$20.20 - CAD$23.20 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
