1. Welcome and engage clients with warmth; deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual needs.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, authoritative advice.
4. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
5. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the store is clean, organized and visually compelling.
6. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and support colleagues during peak periods.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping experience.
8. Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required shift/hours expectations.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Genuine passion for beauty trends, product knowledge and client empowerment.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport quickly.
4. Reliable punctuality and availability for required shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team environment and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment is preferred and will support rapid success in the position.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
