- Welcome and engage clients with warmth; deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, authoritative advice.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the store is clean, organized and visually compelling.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and support colleagues during peak periods.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping experience.
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required shift/hours expectations.
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Genuine passion for beauty trends, product knowledge and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport quickly.
- Reliable punctuality and availability for required shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team environment and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment is preferred and will support rapid success in the position.
